Measurements shown in the catalogue are selection references. Confirm the final size, measurement method and tolerance in your quotation before an order is accepted.

Necklaces and bracelets

Measure the required length with a flexible tape, allowing for the preferred fit and closure. Confirm whether the quoted length includes the clasp and any extension. For bangles, also confirm the internal diameter or internal circumference and the opening style.

Rings

Specify the sizing system you need, such as US, UK or internal diameter in millimetres. Different sizing systems and band widths can affect the fit. A professional measurement or an approved sample is preferable for a bulk order.

Bulk-order requirements

Provide the quantity for each size and confirm any mixed-size packing requirements. Do not assume that a reference image or a model’s proportions establish the dimensions of a supplied item.
