Returns, cancellations & refunds

Orders are handled by Linvoya, operated by 深圳市临湖信武百货有限公司. The return arrangements for the product, including any sample, customization or bulk-order conditions, are confirmed before an order is accepted. This policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before you commit

Review the approved specification, quantity, sizing, packaging, delivery terms and return conditions in your quotation. An enquiry alone is not an order. For a bulk order, request sample approval when needed.

Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will confirm whether work, sourcing or dispatch has begun and explain the options under the agreed terms and applicable law. Custom or made-to-order goods may have different cancellation conditions, which must be disclosed before acceptance.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods

Email [email protected] with the order reference, affected quantity, a description and clear photographs. Keep the packaging and goods available for inspection. We will investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair or refund, depending on the issue and your applicable rights.

Returning goods

Obtain return instructions and the correct return address before shipping anything back. The registered company address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Responsibility for return freight and any necessary inspection is confirmed in the return instructions; applicable legal rights take priority.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we confirm the amount and process it without undue delay within any applicable legal deadline, normally using the original payment route where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the funds appear in your account. We do not promise a fixed refund timeline before the payment method and circumstances are known.
