Everyday handling

• Keep pieces separate in soft pouches or lined compartments to reduce scratching and tangling.
• Avoid contact with perfume, household chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or activities that may cause impact or strain, unless the actual product instructions state otherwise.
• Use a clean, soft cloth for light surface cleaning. Do not use harsh polishing compounds or ultrasonic cleaning without confirming suitability.

Before resale

Inspect clasps, settings and surfaces, and pass the product-specific care guidance to your customer. If an item appears damaged or a stone or closure is loose, stop using it and contact us before attempting a repair.
