What to confirm

• Base metal, fineness where applicable, plating type and finish.
• Stone type, dimensions, treatment and natural or laboratory-created origin where applicable.
• Dimensions, weight, closure, sizing and packaging.
• Any testing, hallmarking or certification required for your destination market.

Approve the actual specification

Request a written specification and, for a bulk order, an approved sample where needed. We do not describe a product as solid gold, sterling silver, natural diamond, hypoallergenic or certified unless the relevant supplied product and supporting information establish that claim.
